Tom Gramigna `92 was a standout as a member of the golf team. He was a three-time team MVP, while also leading Coach Mike Ventura's squad in the classroom. Gramigna was named to the 1992 Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-America Scholar Team. In addition, he captured the 1990 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Championship, while being named to the All-MAAC team his senior year following a fifth-place finish in the championship. One of the finest golfers in Loyola history, Gramigna ranked 12th in NCAA Division I in stroke average his junior season.
