In the Record Books

• 400m hurdles -6th top performer (1:05.45, May 2, 2025)
• Part of quartet that posted sixth-best indoor performance in school history in the 4x200m (1:50.74, Feb. 2, 2024)

2025: Set a personal best right out of the gate in the winter, recording a time of 28.45 in the 200m at the Holiday Classic in December of 2024… Also competed in the Nittany Lion Challenge and the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Finished eighth (of 17 competitors) in the 400 hurdles at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational… Smashed her previous best in that event, crossing the tape in 1:05.45 (sixth-best performer in school history) at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships… Posted a PR in the 400m (1:03.38) at the Widener Final Qualifier and competed in the 400 hurdles at the IC4A/ECAC Championships.

2024: Set a personal best for the 300m, crossing in 46.26 at the Spire Indoor Games… Ran a season-best mark in the 400m at the Navy Select (1:04.09).

Continued to improve in the 400m hurdles, setting a season-best with a time of 1:09.05 at the Stevenson Invitational. 

2023: Made her collegiate debut at the Rutgers Holiday Classic and ran in the 200 and 4x400 meters... Had an indoor-best 400 time of 65.55 at the Nittany Lions Challenge... Ran 1:26.16 to finish 10th int he 500 at the Big Apple Invitational... Competed outdoors for the first time at the Navy Outdoor Invitational, running 72.83 in the 400-meter hurdles... Had a season-best time in that event a week later at the Colonial Relays, running 71.98.

Before Loyola: Graduated from Corning-Painted Post High School where she competed in soccer and track and field... Four-time state qualifier in indoor and outdoor track and field... Fourth in the 4x400-meter relay at the state indoor meet as a sophomore... Tenth in the 400 hurdles outdoors as a senior.. Team captain in soccer and both indoor and outdoor track and field... Sixth in the 4x400 and eighth in the 4x800 at the state meet as a senior... Led the team to conference and sectional titles indoor and outdoor track and field all four years... Earned 12 varsity letters.

Personal: Daughter of Pam and Spencer Gerow... Graduated with an IB diploma and was a member of the National Honor Society.
