Baltimore, Md. - The Loyola volleyball team dropped a five-set match to the Canisius Golden Griffins 3-2 (25-21, 17-25, 15-25, 25-22, 15-12)Saturday afternoon at Reitz Arena. Nina Camaioni paced the Greyhounds with 25 kills on .345 hitting and also had 10 digs and a block. Katie Dircks and Karlee Woodward posted 14 kills each. Dircks also had 15 digs and a block while Woodward had four total blocks, two solo.

The Greyhounds fell in the first set but rallied to take the second. Loyola finished strong in the third but was narrowly edged in the fourth. Things didn't go Loyola's way in the fifth, and the Greyhounds failed to hold on.
