In its inaugural Patriot League game, the Loyola women's soccer team fell to Holy Cross 1-0 on Saturday, Sept. 21.
Loyola women's soccer won its 10th MAAC title on November 4, 2012, beating Marist College, 2-1.
2012 (Sophomore): Played in three games as a sophomore...Saw time in shutout win against Saint Peter's...Every game played, the Greyhounds came out with a victory.
2011 (Freshman): Appeared in six games during her freshman year with the Greyhounds... Made her collegiate debut at Boston University (8/27)... Made her Ridley Athletic Complex debut against High Point (9/2)... Finished the season with three shots including one on net against Saint Louis (9/4).
High School: Four-year starter at Newsome High School... Led the Wolves to three-straight district championships and three regional finals appearances... Served as team captain her junior and senior years... Helped Newsome to a 23-0 record in 2010 and a No. 5 ranking en route to a Class 5A playoff matchup... 2011 Hillsborough County Senior All-Star... 2010 Tampa Tribune Second Team All-Conference... 2010 St. Petersburg Times Honorable Mention... Chick-fil-A Scholar-Athlete Award recipient... A four-time captain of the Brandon Flames... Helped Flames to 2008 Regional Final and 2009 and 2010 Elite 8 State Cup... Also participated on the Florida Olympic Development team... Earned All-State honor in both cross country and track... Owns the Newsome High School record in the two-mile run and the 4x800m relay... An honor roll student, she is a member of National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, BETA Honor Society and the Rho Kappa History Honor Society... Was Newsome High School Senior Class President.
