Women's Soccer vs. Towson

The Loyola University Maryland women's soccer team tied Towson, 1-1, on Aug. 31.

2012 (Senior): NSCAA All-Northeast Region Third Team honoree...Named All-MAAC First Team...Earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic team...Started in all 22 games, with nine shots and three on goal...Both goals scored were headers from a free kick...Helped lead Loyola to a 1.13 goals against average...Scored first goal of the season in a 2-1 win at Oakland (8/26)...Scored game winning goal in the conference championship semifinal game, with a header six yards out from the goal (11/2)...Named to Preseason All-MAAC team.

2011 (Junior): Played in 20 games, starting 16 including each of the last 11 at center-back... Was an All-MAAC First Team selection... Named to 2011 Chick-fil-A MAAC Championship All-Tournament Team... Was a dangerous weapon on set pieces, scoring four goals on corner kicks... Finished second on the team with four goals, totaling nine points on the season...
