2010 (Junior): Started all 18 games for the Greyhounds, tallying 30 points on 23 goals and seven assists and was named Second-Team All-BIG EAST... Also finished second on the squad with eight free-position goals... Led the team with 48 draw controls, finished second with 41 ground balls and third with 24 caused turnovers... all three defensive statistics were career-bests... Her 48 draws are tied for the fifth-most in a season at Loyola... Her 2.67 draw controls per game ranked fourth in the conference... 2009 (Sophomore): Named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team after leading the team with 46 draw controls and finishing second on the Greyhounds with 32 goals and 48 total points... Received IWLCA Second-Team All-Mid Atlantic Region honors as wellTied for third with 16 assists... Started all 17 games in the midfield and scored at least one point in all but one... Had 11 multi-goal games and six with three or more goals... Her 46 draw controls rank sixth in Loyola single-season history... After two seasons, she is 21st all-time at Loyola with 74 career draw controls... Scored three times in the season-opener at Stony Brook (2/18) and had three goals in two of the next three, against UMBC (2/25) and at Towson (3/7)... 2008 (Freshman): Capped her first season of collegiate lacrosse with IWLCA All-Mid-Atlantic Region Second Team honors... Led the team and was 10th in the BIG EAST in assists (15)... Second on Greyhounds in goals (35), points (50) and shots (80)... Third on team with 28 draw controls and 17 caused turnovers... Had eight multi-goal games during the season... Earned WomensLacrosse.com National Rookie of the Week and BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week honors on March 17... Scored four goals and assisted on four others against Connecticut (3/15)... High School: Earned seven letters, four in lacrosse and three in soccer, at Shaker High School in Latham, N.Y... Participated in the Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic following her senior season... Earned Suburban Council All-Stars First Team honors all four years... Named to the Albany Times-Union All-Star First Team as a freshman, junior and senior... Earned All-Area First Team mention from the Troy Record as a senior... All-America Honorable Mention as a junior and senior.
Personal: Abigail Walsh Rehfuss... Daughter of Steve and Claire Rehfuss... Born in Albany, N.Y... Has an older sister, Alexandra, and four younger siblings, Caroline, Charlotte, Anne and Stephen... Her father, Steve, is a two-time Ironman Triathlon participant and was an All-American swimmer at the University of Albany... Her sister, Caroline, is currently a sophomore at Princeton, where she also plays Lacrosse.
