Women's Basketball Faces Marist on the Road Monday

Poughkeepsie, N.Y. - The fourth place Greyhounds remain on the road as they face the first place Red Foxes of Marist Monday night. Loyola is currently 8-6 overall and 3-2 in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference while Marist is 10-5 and undefeated in MAAC play at 5-0.
Marist holds a 17-10 advantage in the series with Loyola, including winning the last six straight. The last Greyhound victory was a 68-61 over time win at the McCann Center on Dec. 6, 2002.
Pre-Season Player of the Year Fifi Camara leads the team in scoring and rebounding with 16 points and 7.9 boards a game. Meg Dahlman follows in both categories with 11.8 points and 5.6 rebounds a game. Julianne Viani rounds out the top three scorers with 9.11 points per game. Alisa Kresge is the team and the conference assist leader with 5.3 a game.
The Greyhounds are led in scoring by point guard Krystle Harrington's 10.6 points per game. Harrington also leads in assists with 5.1 a game. Lauren Troupe follows in scoring with 10.4 points per game. Brittany Dunn comes in third at 10.1 points per game and is the team's steals leader with 25 on the season. Jackie Valderas and Jill Glessner round out the top five in scoring with 9.4 and 9.2 points per game respectively. Valderas is Loyola's rebound and blocks leader with 7.5 board per game and 20 blocks on the season.
