AT PAINT BRANCH: Earned eight varsity letters in high school career (four in basketball, three in track and one in volleyball) ... named all-state, all-county Player of the Year, all-Met third team ... averaged 15 points, six points and four steals per game ... nominated for McDonald's All-American team ... played for Suburban All-Stars in Capital Classic ... Paint Branch won four county titles, two regional titles and one state title while Harrington was a member of the squad ... was on the honor roll and a scholar-athlete award recipient.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Brenda Harrington, Krystle Marie Harrington was born Aug. 23, 1984, in Maryland ... aunt, Donna Harrington, played college basketball for Old Dominion as well as overseas and with the Detroit Shock and Indiana Fever in the WNBA ... majoring in communications with a minor in marketing.
