2008: Team captain became the first Loyola player since Zach Thornton in 1993 to be named a NSCAA First Team All-American. Along with goalkeeper Milos Kocic, who was named to the Second Team, the pair became just the 10th and 11th players in school history to earn the accolade. Center back won his second straight MAAC Defensive Player of the Year award and was named to the First Team All-MAAC. One of five Greyhounds named to the NSCAA/adidas North-Atlantic Regional Team, he captained a defense that posted 12 shutouts on the season, good for ninth in the nation in shutout percentage (0.57) and led the MAAC in goals-against-average (0.66), which ranks 14th in the country. Started and appeared in all 21 games for the Greyhounds, totaling four points. Scored the game-winner in the 3-1 win over Siena (10/19) and in the 4-2 win over Iona (10/24) off a direct kick. Also named to the All-MAAC Tournament team.

2007: Started all 23 games for the Greyhounds ... served as team captain for one of nation's top defenses ... was named the MAAC Defensive Player of the Year ... was also a first-team All-MAAC selection and was named to the MAAC Championship all-tournament team ... scored three goals on only nine shot attempts ... all three goals were game winners ... finished season with six points and .667 shot-on-goal percentage ... defensive unit posted school record 17 shutouts, holding opponents to under 100 shot attempts for the entire season
