Loyola men's lacrosse faced Duke in the NCAA Championships First Round on Sunday, May 12, in Durham, N.C.

2012 (Sophomore): Began the season as the No. 2 goalie and finished it as a member of the NCAA All-Tournament Team after holding Maryland to an NCAA Championship Game record low three goals (5/28)... Played over 978 minutes in goal, starting all but the first three games, and allowed a 7.30 goals against average while playing to a .556 save percentage... Made six saves in the Championship Game... Had a career-high 15 saves in the NCAA Semifinal against Notre Dame (5/26), yielding only five Fighting Irish goals... His combined eight goals allowed set a Championship Weekend record for fewest in two games... Made 11 saves in the NCAA Quarterfinal versus Denver (5/19)... Prior to the NCAA Semifinal game, his career-best was 14 saves in the regular-season finale against Johns Hopkins (4/28)... Made 12 saves and allowed only six goals at Fairfield in a return to his hometown (4/7)... Tallied 13 saves against just five goals at UMBC (3/24) and stopped 12 shots, allowing eight goals, versus Duke (3/10)... Made his debut as a starter at Michigan (3/7) after playing the final 30 minutes at Bellarmine (3/3).
2011 (Freshman): Appeared in one game as a freshman... Made collegiate debut against Duke (3/11), allowing one goal in 8:37 while making one save.
Before Loyola:Earned four letters - three in lacrosse and one in hockey - at Avon Old Farms School in Avon Conn.... Helped the Beavers win the Founders League Championship while earning All-Founders League honors and Avon's Defensive Most Valuable Player honors... Saved over 65-percent of shots on goal and had a 5.76 goals against average... Played in the Western New England Prep School All-Star Game... Also played club lacrosse for the Bulldogs, helping the side win the Brine Shootout in 2008-2009 and advance to the finals of the Battle of the Hotbeds in 2007-2008... Was a Top 205 Camp All-Star Team selection and did not allow a goal in the championship game of the Brine Shootout... Scored three goals and assisted on 15 as a hockey player... Four-year member of the honor roll.
