Loyola Men's Lacrosse vs. Boston University
Loyola men's lacrosse defeated the U.S. Military Academy, 14-6, to win the 2016 Patriot League Championship.
2017 (Sophomore): Saw action in three games, making his collegiate debut at Lafayette (2/25)… Caused a turnover against the Leopards… Also played against Navy (3/18) and Lehigh (4/8), taking shots in each of the latter two games… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
2016 (Freshman): Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Missed the season due to injury.
Before Loyola: Earned 11 varsity letters at Westhill High School in Syracuse, New York... Earned five letters in lacrosse, four in football and two for indoor track and field... Scored 251 points in high school with 126 goals and 125 assists... Had 45 goals and 45 assists as a senior in 2015 when he was named the Central New York Player of the Year and earned USLacrosse All-America honors... Also had 32 and 25 as a junior, 26 and 26 as a sophomore, 15 and 24 as a freshman and eight and five as an eighth-grader on the varsity team... Was an All-League First Team honors as s sophomore, junior and senior and garnered second team recognition as a freshman... Played club lacrosse for United Lacrosse... Was an All-Central New York and All-League First Team honoree in football while earning All-State Third Team recognition as a senior.
Personal: Richard Bruce Easterly III... Son of Kate and Rich Easterly... Has two sisters, Nicole and Kateney... Was a member of the National Honor Society and made the honor roll 17 times in high school.
