Before Loyola: Was a scholar-athlete for both the football and lacrosse teams at Oakton... Served as team captain for lacrosse... Picked up 49 groundballs and forced 38 turnovers his junior season en route to All-District and All-Region recognition.

Personal: Son of Russ and Karen Grimm... Has two older brothers, Chad and Cody... Chad was a football player at Virginia Tech, and Cody was a fifth-year senior linebacker in 2009 for the Hokies... Also has a twin sister, Devin... Father, Russ, played football for the Washington Redskins and was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in February 2010... He is currently the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals.
