2017 (Junior): Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll… Saw action in seven games, playing more than 160 minutes in goal for the Greyhounds… Tallied six saves and allowed just one goal in more than 20 minutes of action at Lafayette (2/25)… Came on to make three saves and yield a lone goal against Holy Cross (3/4)… Posted six saves at Duke (3/11)… Played more than 41 minutes against Georgetown (3/22), saving seven shots against just six goals... Finished with a 10.25 goals-against average and a .517 saves percentage.
2016 (Sophomore): Earned Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition… Played in 10 games, starting seven as the Greyhounds’ goalkeeper… Posted a 9.49 goals against average and .484 saves percentage in nearly 411 minutes of action… Named the NCAA Defensive Player and Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week honors after the season-opener at Virginia (2/13) where he made 14 saves and allowed just four goals against the Cavaliers… Then posted 10 saves against just eight goals allowed versus Johns Hopkins (2/20)… Came on in relief in the NCAA Semifinals against North Carolina (5/28) and made seven saves while allowing nine goals as the Greyhounds mounted a strong second-half comeback.
2015 (Freshman): Emerged as one of the top freshman goalkeepers in the nation, playing in 13 games for the Greyhounds… Started the final 11 games between the pipes… Played to a .538 saves percentage and 9.93 goals against average… Earned three Corvias Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week honors, tied for the most by any player in the League… Made his Loyola debut in the second half of a win over Towson (2/18)… Stopped six shots against the Tigers… Tabbed for his first collegiate start against Lehigh (2/28) and held the Mountain Hawks to eight goals while picking up the win… Had a standout effort at Duke (3/7), making 15 saves, including four in one-on-one chances by Blue Devils players… Made a career-high 18 saves at Army West Point (3/14) against 10 goals allowed to lead the Greyhounds to a win on the road… Named Corvias Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Week after that performance and was also named the Sector SPDR/Inside Lacrosse National Player of the Week… Made 10 saves in just three quarters of action at Lafayette (3/21)… Held Navy (4/4) to just five goals in just under 55 minutes of action… Also had nine saves against the Midshipmen and picked up his second conference Goalkeeper of the Week honors… Tallied 13 saves at Maryland (4/8) and had a dominant performance at Boston University (4/11)… Yielded only six goals against the Terriers and made 17 saves to pick up his second-straight conference weekly award.
Before Loyola: Was an eight-time letterwinner at Weston (Connecticut) High School, earning four each in basketball and lacrosse… Made 743 saves during his career at Weston and played to a 67 percent saves percentage… Was named Inside Lacrosse’s No. 41 Rising Senior in 2014… Earned USLacrosse All-America honors in 2013 and 2014 and was an All-State honoree each of those seasons, as well… Named to the All-SWC team in 2012, 2013 and 2014… Was the Connecticut Post’s All-Area Most Valuable Player in 2014 and earned All-Area honors in 2013 and 2014… Named to the Norwalk Hour All-Area team in 2012, 2013 and 2014… Was a two-time team captain and team most valuable player… Helped Weston win the Connecticut Class S Championship in 2013 and the 2012 SWC title… Played club lacrosse for Bulldog Lacrosse Club… Was an NSCLA All-American in 2013 and Maverik Showtime All-Star in 2012… Also earned All-Star honors at the 2012 King of the Hill and 2011 and 2012 Philly Showcase… Was a two-time team captain of Weston’s basketball team, helping the Wildcats finish as the 2013 Connecticut Class M State Runners-Up… Was an SWC Honorable Mention performer on the hardwood in 2013.
