2012 (Senior): Voted a team co-captain by his teammates.
2011 (Junior): Started all 13 games on defense... Finished the season with 22 ground balls and 11 caused turnovers... Made his first collegiate start against Navy (2/19) and had two ground balls and a career-best three caused turnovers... Picked up three ground balls and caused one turnover at Duke (3/11)... Set a personal-best with four ground ball pickups at Ohio State (4/2)... Had two ground balls in each of the Greyhounds' final five games and two or more in each of the last seven.
2010 (Sophomore): Played in 13 games on defense for the Greyhounds and was a member of Loyola's man-down unit... Grabbed a ground ball against Georgetown (4/17) and caused a turnover at Hobart (4/24).
2009 (Freshman): Made his collegiate debut against Fairfield (4/18) and also saw action on defense against Hobart (4/25).
Before Loyola: Was a scholar-athlete for both the football and lacrosse teams at Oakton... Served as team captain for lacrosse... Picked up 49 groundballs and forced 38 turnovers his junior season en route to All-District and All-Region recognition.
Personal: Son of Russ and Karen Grimm... Has two older brothers, Chad and Cody... Chad and Cody both played football at Virginia Tech, and Cody was a rookie defensive back for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2010... Also has a twin sister, Devin... Father, Russ, played football for the Washington Redskins and was a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2010... He is currently the assistant head coach and offensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals.
