Before Loyola: Played both football and lacrosse at Saint Mary's High School in Annapolis, Md... Played in the Under Armour All-America game... Was ranked one of the nation's Top-50 recruits by Inside Lacrosse in 2007... Selected to play for the Maryland Free State team in lacrosse... Also helped his football team win a title in 2007.

Personal: Son of Steve and Jeanne Dalton... Father played football in the 1970s for the Baltimore Colts and Washington Redskins...Brother Will was a captain for the 2008 University of Maryland lacrosse team.
