Loyola Men's Lacrosse vs. Army West Point | Patriot League Championship Game

Loyola men's lacrosse defeated the U.S. Military Academy, 14-6, to win the 2016 Patriot League Championship.


Loyola Men's Lacrosse vs. Navy

Loyola defeated Navy, 17-7, on April 4, 2015.

2016 (Junior): Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll... Saw action in the Lafayette game (2/27).

2015 (Sophomore): Played in five games as both a short-stick and a long-stick defensive midfielder… Made his collegiate debut at Lafayette (3/21).

2014 (Freshman at the University of Maryland): Member of the Terrapins’ defense, but did not see game action.

Before College: Was a three-year letterwinner at Malvern (Pennsylvania) Preparatory School… Ranked as the No. 87 overall recruit by Inside Lacrosse and the No. 18 defenseman in 2013… Played for the Philadelphia team in the 2012 Under Armour Underclass All-America games, helping the squad win the tournament… Earned All-Main Line honors from the Main Line Media News and All-Inter-Academic League honors… Was an Second Team honoree… Helped the Friars hold opponents to 5.5 goals per game as a senior… Received the team’s Sportsmanship Award and was a team captain as a senior… Was an All-Inter-AC Second Team honoree and All-Main Line player in 2012 as a junior… Was a letterman as a defensive back for Malvern Prep’s football team, helping the Friars win the 2012 Inter-AC League title.

Personal: Son of Robert and Dana Rafferty… Has two older siblings, Bob and Nicole… His father, Robert, and older brother, Bob, both played football at West Chester University.
