Big Second Quarter Paces Men's Lacrosse In Win Over Lafayette
Loyola men's lacrosse defeated the U.S. Military Academy, 14-6, to win the 2016 Patriot League Championship.
2017 (Sophomore): Saw action in four games, starting one, before suffering a season-ending injury… Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll… Made his collegiate debut at Johns Hopkins (2/18)… Started the game at Lafayette (2/25)… Had a ground ball and caused turnover and also took his first shot as a Greyhound against the Leopards… Also played against Holy Cross (3/4) and Navy (3/18).
2016 (Freshman): Suffered a season-ending leg injury requiring surgery and did not play.
Before Loyola: Earned six varsity letters between McDonogh School in Owings Mills, Maryland, and St. Christopher's School in Richmond, Virginia... Spent his last three years at McDonogh... Earned four letters in lacrosse, two in soccer... Helped McDonogh reach the MIAA 'A' Conference championship game in 2014 and the semifinals in 2015, and previously guided St. Christopher's to the state semifinals and finals in separate seasons... In two years at McDonogh, scored 47 goals and had 30 assists... Tallied 43 goals and had 25 assists in two St. Christopher's seasons... Played club lacrosse for Crabs and Green Turtle... Was on club teams that won Vail Shootout, King of the Hill, NSCLA and Crabfeast titles... Was on the McDonogh soccer team that reached the MIAA final.
