Derby Gains All-Exempt Status For NGA Hooters Summer Tour

Baltimore, Md. - Chris Derby, who completed his collegiate eligibility and earned his bachelor's degree from Loyola College in May, finished fourth out of a field of 40 in the latest tournament of the NGA Hooter's Pro Golf Tour to gain full exempt status for the summer series. He shot 72, 75, 70 and 70 in four rounds of play to finish two under.
Derby will now play in the 2009 Amelia Island Plantation NGA Classic to take place March 2-8 in Amelia Island, Fla.
