2010-2011 (Freshman at Xavier): Played in 16 games as a first-year player at Xavier and helped the Muskateers advance to the NCAA Tournament Second Round... Made his collegiate debut against Western Michigan, grabbing a rebound in 13 minutes off the bench... Scored his first collegiate points against Albany and also had two boards... Played 12 minutes against Rhode Island, scoring two points and grabbing three rebounds... Logged 14 minutes against Massachusetts with a rebound and an assist.

Before Xavier: Played his high school ball at nearby Baltimore City College High School... Helped the Knights win two-straight Maryland State Championships as a junior and a senior... Earned All-Metro honors from The Baltimore Sun when he averaged 17 points and nine rebounds... Loyola teammate Dylon Cormier was also a member of the All-Metro team that year... City College was ranked No. 1 in Baltimore during his senior season... Averaged 12 points, seven rebounds and five blocked shots per game as a junior...
