Cross Country Student-Athletes Receive Patriot League Academic Honor Roll Nods

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Eighteen members of the Loyola men’s and women’s cross country teams were named to their respective Patriot League Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday.

Ten members of the women’s program, and eight from the men’s team earned the distinction for their work in the classroom and on the course last fall. To be eligible for Patriot League Academic Honor Roll recognition, student-athletes must have at least a 3.2 grade-point average in the semester of their competition season. 

Tyler Schoch led the men’s team with a perfect 4.0 GPA, while MaryEllen Woods topped the Greyhounds women’s side with a 3.934 mark.
