NEWARK, DE - Loyola freshman Andrea Rovegno won her second meet of the season Saturday en route to leading the Greyhounds to a third place finish at the University of Delaware Invitational while Loyola's men grabbed fourth place as both teams were faced with some tough regionally-ranked competition.

The Greyhound women placed six runners in the top-25, including Rovegno's winning 5,000-meter time of 18:57, which is also the 10th-best 5K-time in Loyola history. The win is the freshman's second victory in just two collegiate races.

Rovegno was followed by Jackie Truncellito in ninth-place, Colleen Depman and Grace Wetzel, who finished 18th and 19th, respectively, and Adrienne Blauvelt and Gretchen Schuller, who finished 24th and 25th, respectively. Loyola finished behind regionally-ranked Pennsylvania and Saint Joseph's as it defeated regionally-ranked Delaware as well as Hofstra, Towson, and Morgan State among nine others.
