Gower, Robertson Named To Academic All-Patriot League Teams
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Loyola University Maryland’s Kyle Gower and Lin Robertson were named to the Academic All-Patriot League Men’s and Women’s Tennis Teams, respectively, recognizing their efforts on the court and in the classroom this season.
Gower and Robertson were each one of six from around the conference named to their respective teams.
Gower won more than 80 percent of his singles matches in 2017-2018, earning a 24-5 record, primarily as the Greyhounds No. 3 singles player. He went 4-2 against Patriot League competition during the year. In doubles action, Gower amassed a 20-16 record, going 8-6 against other conference teams.
Robertson finished the year with an 18-15 record at No. 3 singles for the Greyhounds, tallying a 3-8 mark in Patriot League play. She added a 16-12 mark in doubles competition, as well.
Gower has a 3.889 grade-point average in business administration, while Robertson carries a 3.896 GPA in economics.
