At Loyola

2010-11: Won the 500 Free for the second year in a row and set a new MAAC record (4:26.70)... Also set a MAAC record in the 400 IM (3:49.71) and 1650 Freestyle... Three-time MAAC title champion and MAAC Most Outstanding Swimmer of the Year for two years straight...Won the 1000 Free (9:29.40) against Navy and George Mason.

Before Loyola: Competed at the 2009 United States National Championships, finishing second in the 1,500-meter freestyle and ninth in the 400-meter individual medley... Qualified for the U.S. World Championships Team in the 1,500m... Trained with the North Baltimore Aquatic Center and Coach Bob Bowman... Took sixth in the 400m IM and 14th in the 800-meter freestyle at the 2007 U.S. Championships and was 17th in the 400m IM at his first National Championships in 2006... Took 10th in the 400m IM, 11th in the 1,500m freestyle and 16th in the 200-meter backstroke at the 2007 Japan Invitational... Former National Age Group (17-18) record-holder in the 800-yard freestyle relay set at the 2007 NBAQC Christmas Invitational... Also set a NAG record (13-14) in the 1,650-yard freestyle at the 2005 NCSA Juniors in Florida... Member of the 2007 National Junior Team and was first in the country in eight individual events for the 13-14 NAG in the 2005 long-course season.
