A 2006 graduate of Loyola swimmer for the Greyhounds, Jayme Adams will serve as a Graduate Assistant Swimming Coach for the College during the 2008-2009 season

Adams served as a captain of the Loyola Swimming and Diving Team as a senior and helped the Greyhounds finish third at the 2006 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championships. She finished her Greyhounds' career with individual, and relay, records to her name.

She earned team Most Valuable Swimmer honors as a senior and also received the Department of Athletics Leaders Award, an honor given yearly to one male and female student-athlete at the College, at the year-end banquet in May 2006.

Prior to joining the team at Loyola, Adams was a standout swimmer for the Bensalem Aquatics Center in Philadelphia. She attended and swam during her prep career at Nazareth Academy, as well. Her mother, two brothers an sister still reside in Philadelphia.

Adams earned her bachelor of arts in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Loyola in 2006. She is currently enrolled in the College's M.B.A. program and plans to complete those studies in 2010.

In addition to her masters' program and coaching responsibilities, Adams is currently employed by Baxter Healthcare Corporation as a territory manager for the Mid-Atlantic area and lives in the Mount Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore.
