EDISON, N.J. - Loyola University Maryland women's crew senior Catriona Miller has been named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Student-Athlete of the Week, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.

Miller has helped the women's varsity four to a great start to the season, including two first-place finishes and a second-place finish in their first three races. Miller was a part of the varsity four-boat that won the Jesuit Invitational on the Cooper River in Cherry Hill, N.J., finishing the course in 8:33.0 and beating out the field by more than 16 seconds.

Miller coxed the second-place boat the Murphy Cup Regatta that had the second-fastest qualifying time of the 20-boat field.

Out of the water, Miller has a 3.83 GPA while majoring in history.

The Greyhounds next take part in the Knecht Cup on April 14-15 in Cherry Hill, N.J.
