Karen Pfarr
	Position: Assistant Coach Experience: 1st Year

Karen Pfarr is in her first year as an assistant crew coach at Loyola after coming from a varied background in rowing.

A local rower from an Annapolis juniors program, Pfarr was recruited and rowed for Barry University in Miami. She continued her rowing career after college as a master rower and coach with the Baltimore Rowing Club.

Pfarr has a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Kinesiology and is currently a Physical Education teacher in Anne Arundel County Public Schools. She also is working to complete her Master's degree in Education and has been involved as a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and USrowing.
