Reitz Arena For Two    
  • Loyola University Maryland’s volleyball team will host a pair of Patriot League contests this weekend as Lafayette College and Lehigh University are slated to visit Reitz Arena.
  • The Greyhounds open the weekend with a 7 p.m. match on Friday, Oct. 23, against the Leopards, and the Mountain Hawks visit for a 2 o’clock contest the following afternoon.

Patriot League Network    
  • Friday’s game will be broadcast live on the Patriot League Network. Powered by Campus Insiders, the Patriot League Network is a free, digital platform that showcases hundreds of Patriot League games each year. Fans can watch on their computers, connected televisions, tablets or mobile devices at the link above. Saturday’s contest will also be broadcast via Loyola Video.

Last Time Around    
  • Friday’s match versus Lafayette will mark the first time this season that the Greyhounds have faced a Patriot League-foe twice as teams enter the backstretch of confernece play.
  • Loyola opened its 2015 Patriot League slate on Sept. 25 at Lehigh, falling in three to the Mountain Hawks, 25-23, 25-23, 25-11. Stacey Kazalas and Haley Puddy each had 11 kills for the Greyhounds.
  • Lafayette hosted Loyola the following day and dealt the Greyhounds a 25-18, 25-23, 25-20, defeat. Molly Cichosz paced Loyola with 11 kills.

Kazalas, Cichosz Form Top Duo In League    
  • Stacey Kazalas and Molly Cichosz continue to form the top outside hitter pair, statistically, in the Patriot League. Kazalas leads Loyola with 242 total kills and 3.03 per set while Cichosz is second with 241 and 3.01.
  • Kazalas and Cichosz are ranked sixth and seventh, respectively, in the Patriot League in kills per set and third and fourth in total kills. Lehigh is the only other team in the League to have two players ranked in the top 10 of kills per set.
  • Kazalas has posted 10 or more kills in 15 of the Greyhounds’ 22 matches this year, while Cichosz has done so in 14.
