Williamsburg, Va. - Sophomore middle hitter Blair Snyder was named to the William and Mary All-Tournament team Sunday for her efforts in games against the Tribe, UMBC and Hampton. The Greyhounds came out of the tournament 1-5 with their first win over the 2004 season over Hampton.
Snyder started the weekend with a career-high 13 kill performance against the host. Against UMBC, Snyder tallied seven kills in addition to three assists and six defensive digs. In Loyola's 3-0 win over Hampton she tallied 12 kills. Snyder's hitting percentage for the weekend totaled .281.
She was joined on the All-Tournament team by Megan Eisenman (MVP), Megan Hector and Erin Simmons of William and Mary, Emily Berman and Megan Gross of UMBC and Chavanca Hoskins of Hampton.
