Baltimore, Md. - Playing in just its second home match of the season, Loyola's volleyball team fell to Robert Morris by a score of 3-0 on Sunday evening at Reitz Arena.
The Colonials edged the Greyhounds in a hard fought Game One by a score of 30-24. In Game Two, Robert Morris jumped out to a 14-4 lead and never looked back en route to a 30-18 victory.
Loyola went down early in what would be the match's final game, but cut the Colonial lead to two at 19-17. However, the visitors would prove too strong as they surged to go up 27-22 and eventually closed out the match with a 30-25 Game Three win.
