Andrzejewski and Moller Earn Post-Season Awards for Women's Soccer

Baltimore, Md. - Loyola women's soccer players Ali Andrzejewski and Sarra Moller have earned post-season regional honors for their efforts on the field in 2005. Andrzejewski earned a first-team Mid-Atlantic selection by Soccer Buzz while Moller was named to Soccer Buzz's third-team for the Mid-Atlantic region and also picked up a third-team All-Mid-Atlantic selection by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Andrzejewski, after just two years with the Loyola women's soccer program, scored a school record of 33 goals while adding nine assists for a school record of 75 points. Andrzejewski is the two-time Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference's Offensive Player of the Year. She has earned spots on the conference's first-team, all-tournament team and academic squad in addition to her third-team All-Mid-Atlantic region selection in 2004.

Moller, a freshman defender for the Greyhounds helped the Loyola defense to a 0.99 goals against average in the 2005 season and allowed just three goals in regular season conference play. Moller was the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year and was also selected as a member of the All-Rookie squad and first-team All-MAAC.
