Women's Lacrosse Returns Home to Host James Madison

Baltimore, Md. - Wednesday the Greyhounds return home to Diane Geppi-Aikens Field to host non-conference opponent James Madison. Loyola is looking to pick up a win at home before hitting the road for the next three games.

SERIES RECORD
Loyola holds a 20-13 advantage in the series wit James Madison. The Dukes won the last contest 14-9 on March 26, 2004 but prior to that the Greyhounds had won five straight.

SCOUTING THE DUKES
Kelly Berger leads JMU in points with 12 goals and 10 assists. Teammate Brooke McKenzie also has 12 goals to her credit while adding an assist. Lynlea Cronin rounds out the top three scorers with 10 goals and four assists.

Berger also leads the team in groundballs (16) and caused turnovers (nine). Cronin leads on the draw with nine.

Starting keeper Livvy King posts a 40.4 saves percentage while allowing an average of 11.12 goals per game.

ABOUT THE GREYHOUNDS
Junior Kate McHarg continues to lead her team with 26 goals and four assists on the season. She's followed by fellow Australian Talia Shacklock with 10 goals and two assists. Sophomore Maura Kenny has eight goals this season while senior Sydney Greene has eight points (five goals and three assists).

McHarg also leads the team in groundballs with 19. Shacklock is the leader at center with 21 draw controls. Junior Liz Peregoy has a team best nine caused turnovers.

Freshman keeper Alex Piraino, who has started the last four games, posts 11.75 goals against average a 39.7% saves percentage.
