Women's Basketball Hosts Greyhound Clinics For Players And Coaches, Nov. 2; Open Practice, Oct. 25

The Loyola women's basketball program is hosting two events designed to promote FUNdamental skills of basketball to girls of all ages.

The Greyhounds will host an open practice session on Saturday, October 25, an event that players, parents, coaches and visitors are welcome to attend.

Beginning with a registration session at 10:30 a.m., the day will include a tour of the Loyola campus, lunch (provided at $2/person, per NCAA rules), an opportunity to watch the Greyhounds practice, and a panel discussion with Loyola players and staff.

The team and coaching staff will then host two free clinics, November 2 in Reitz Arena. A program for girls, grades K-7th, is designed to promote FUNdamental skill building in basketball, while Head Coach Joe Logan will work with coaches.

The event, which runs from 12-3 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, with registration starting at 11 a.m., will help coaches and players develop their teams and games.
