Baltimore, Md. - Saturday the Loyola College women's basketball returns to its Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference schedule by hosting Siena in Reitz Arena. The Greyhounds and Saints will face off with Loyola looking to extend its win streak to three after back-to-back wins over Villanova and Penn.
ABOUT THE `HOUNDS
Senior Jill Glessner continues to lead Loyola in scored with 15.3 points a game. She also leads is tied for the lead in assists with 2.8 a game and is now third in rebounds with six a game. Classmate Brittany Dunn follows with 9.7 points a game and leads the team in steals with 1.3 a game. Dunn is second in assists with 2.6 a game. Junior Meghan Wood is third in scoring at 9.5 points a game and second in rebounds with 6.7 a game. Classmate Vika Sholokhova ties Wood at third place in points with 9.5 a game and leads in rebounds at 7.0 after just two outings.

SCOUTING THE SAINTS
Laura Menty currently leads the 2-10 Saints with an average of 15.5 points and 5.4 rebounds a game. Shondaya Burrell follows Menty in both categories with 11.4 points and 4.5 rebounds while recording a team-high in steals (1.67). Katelyn Dooley follows Burrell in points rebounds and steals with an average of 9.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.17 steals a game. She is second in assists per game with 2.58. Melissa Manzer rounds out the Saints top scorers with an average of 8.5 points a game while leading the team in assists with 2.91.
Besides the MAAC opponents both teams will face this season, Loyola and Siena each played against Drexel and Maryland as a part of their non-conference schedule. Loyola topped Drexel 66-57 while the Saints fell to the Dragons in overtime 69-66. Both teams fell to No. 1 Maryland with the Greyhounds falling 110-55 and Siena by a score of 93-54.
