Head Coach Joe Logan -

"I give a lot of credit to Bucknell's guards at the end. They made a good play to get a shot, and they continued to run their offense even though they did not have good looks at first.

"As we go into the new year and back into (Metro Atlantic Athletic) Conference play, we have to become more consistent. We outrebounded them by 13, and we got some assists, but we had too many turnovers, especially in the second half, and that really hurt us.

"Going back to the Towson game (on Friday), we fought hard in the second half there. We are going to win some games on the road this year; we just have to keep playing hard like this. This is a tough environment to play in, but I thought that we showed a lot of character in coming back like we did.

"The problem was that we got down by seven, and we had to use so much energy to come back and tie the game that we didn't have it at the end.

On the play of Tynisha Davis:
"'T' got some good looks tonight, and she made a lot of them for herself when plays broke down. We got her the ball on the wing and set a screen at the end. She had a pull-up jumper (with nine seconds left), but it didn't go."
