Head Coach Joe Logan -
"(Laura) Menty killed us, and (Heather) Stec killed us inside. Without Meghan Wood, people are just going to keep throwing the ball inside, and we have to do a better job defensively. We have to get better position and just play smarter.
"Tynisha (Davis) was out with the flu all week. She didn't practice, but it was good that she was at least able to come to the game tonight. We hope that she'll be back on Sunday, but we'll have to see what happens.
"We are just a game out of second place (in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference standings), and we need to position ourselves for the MAAC tournament. We have lost three (conference games) at home, and this is a tough league to get wins on the road.
"We had a 16 minute stretch in the first half where we played really well. We were ahead 31-21, but then we let them score 10 in a row, and we only shot 25-percent in the second half. We played a great 16 minutes, but they started to get open in the second half. We missed 21 second half shots, and probably 10 of them were open shots.
"Siobhan (Prior) was our leader out there, and she kept us together. That is going to be something good to build on when we get `Woody' and `T' back.
"(Erica) DiClemente has kind of been game-to-game this season. Tonight was a good game for her. She is someone who can really help us down the stretch."
