ESPN.com Highlights Sixth-Ranked Men's Soccer Team

Baltimore, Md. - The sixth-ranked Loyola soccer team has received national attention this week from ESPN.com. In her feature column, Maria Burns Ortiz details the Greyhounds' unbeaten 2008 season.

Loyola (17-0-1 overall, 9-0 MAAC) enters this weekend's MAAC Tournament as the No. 1 seed in the four-team field. One of two remaining unbeatens in the country, Loyola faces No. 4 seed Niagara on Friday at 4 p.m. The other semifinal match is between second seeded Siena and third seeded Fairfield at 7 p.m. Friday.

The tournament is held at Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Sunday's championship match will be shown on ESPNU at noon.
