Baltimore, Md. - Loyola men's soccer coach Mark Mettrick will talk World Cup soccer this Wednesday on WNST's Morning Show. Mettrick, who heads into his seventh season as Loyola's head coach, has won six regular season MAAC titles in his time at Loyola, earning him MAAC Coach of the Year and NSCAA South Atlantic Region Coach of the Year honors along the way. A native of Manchester, England, Mettrick is one of Hartwick College's all-time leading scorers and led the Baltimore Blast to a pair of MISL championship games in the early 90's.
Morning Show host Drew Forrester spent 17 years working with the Baltimore Blast indoor soccer franchise and held the role of General Manager from 1992 to 1998.
The 2006 FIFA World Cup concludes Pool Play on June 23 and turns into a 16-team tournament that crowns a champion on July 9 in Berlin, Germany.
