Christof Lindenmayer Chosen All-Time MAAC Performer

Baltimore, Md. - Former men's soccer great and current assistant coach Christof Lindenmayer has been chosen as one of the Top-25 All-Time Performers in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference history. The Top-25 all-time performers were selected by fans who submitted online votes during the conference's 25th Anniversary celebration.

Lindenmayer played at Loyola from 1996 to 1999 and started every game of his four-year college career. He was twice named MAAC Player of the Year, scoring 84 career points to place him 12th on Loyola's all-time scoring list.

Drafted by the Columbus Crew in 2000, Lindenmayer played professionally in the MLS and in the A-League before returning to Loyola as a graduate assistant coach in 2003. He is currently in his second year as a full-time assistant on Coach Mark Mettrick's staff.

Lindenmayer was one of two soccer players selected to the league's Top-25 list. Ben Caster of Marist was the other.
