Men's Soccer Hosts Crystal Palace In Charity Friendly

March 2, 2010

BALTIMORE - The Loyola University Maryland men's soccer team will host Crystal Palace Baltimore for a spring friendly match on March 10, 2010, at 7 p.m. in the first-ever game in the Ridley Athletic Complex.

Ridley is the new home for the Loyola men's and women's soccer and lacrosse programs, featuring a 6,000-seat venue for fans and a state-of-the-art competition and training complex for the teams.

The March 10 friendly will also be a part of the "Hounds For Haiti" program, a student-led effort that is raising money to benefit Catholic Relief Services' ongoing efforts in the Haitian earthquake recovery.

Donations will be accepted at the Ridley gates and will go directly to the recovery efforts.
