VICTORIA, British Columbia - Loyola University Maryland men's lacrosse wrapped up its 2015 Canadian Tour earlier this week with its final on-field experience. After a week of whitewater rafting, climbing Grouse Mountain and going killer whale watching, the Greyhounds returned to the field to scrimmage the Claremont Spartans.
After a full game on turf, the teams retired to an outdoor box lacrosse venue where the Spartans' coaches took the Greyhounds and Claremont players through a full box practice, teaching many of the skills that are native to Canadian players.
Graduated senior Pat McEnerney got one more opportunity in goal for the Greyhounds, donning box lacrosse pads and taking a wooden goalie stick to protect the net.
The rest of the team ran through drills that included transition, settled offense and breakaways. Watch the above video for more of the action.
