BALTIMORE - The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) named recent Loyola University Maryland graduate Pat Frazier a Scholar All-American on Monday for his excellence in the classroom and on the field.
Frazier, who was an All-Patriot League First Team member this season, was a three-year starter for the Greyhounds on close defense after starting his career as a walk-on in 2012. He made 46-straight starts for Loyola and concluded his career with 101 ground balls and 42 caused turnovers.
This season, Frazier twice earned Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week honors and was named the USILA National Defensive Player of the Week in February. He posted 49 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers as a senior for Loyola.
In addition to his All-Patriot League honor, Frazier was one of 12 players named to the Academic All-Patriot League team.
