Loyola's Finnerty Named To Tewaaraton Watch List

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Loyola University Maryland senior attacker Collin Finnerty was named to the Tewaawarton Award Watch List by the Greater Washignton Sports Alliance.

The award is presented annually to the top men's and women's players in NCAA lacrosse.

Through three games this season, Finnerty has scored six goals and assisted on three others for nine total points. His goals total is second on the Greyhounds (3-0 overall, 2-0 ECAC).

Finnerty, a team co-captain, set a career-high with five goals on Wednesday in Loyola's 14-8 victory over Bellarmine. He also had a goal and two assists last Saturday versus Quinnipiac.

Loyola, which is ranked 10th in the nation, is back in action tomorrow when it takes on No. 3 Notre Dame at 4 p.m. at M&T Bank Stadium in the Konica-Minolta Inside Lacrosse Face-Off Classic.
