RALEIGH, N.C. - The Loyola University Maryland golf team finished in 11th place at the Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate at NC State's Lonnie Poole Golf Course Sunday.
Junior Ethan Wall led the Greyhounds by finishing tied for 15th overall with a three-round score of 4-over 217. Wall and his younger brother, sophomore Jeremy Wall, both shot 6-over 77 today, with Jeremy finishing tied for 27th with an aggregate score of 8-over 221.
Sophomore Bennett Wisner led Loyola through today's round, shooting a 4-over 75 to finish tied for 33rd at 10-over 223.
As a team, the Greyhounds finished with an aggregate score of 34-over 886.
NC State won the team title with a 21-under 831, while South Florida finished second at 13-under 839 and Virginia was third at 1-under 851.
NC State's David Cooke won the individual title with a 15-under 198, East Tennessee State's Adrian Meronk was second with a 13-under 200 and NC State's Stephen Franken was third at 8-under 205.
The Greyhounds will return to action on Saturday, April 30 when they travel to Annapolis, Maryland, for the Patriot League Championships.
