Patsos Participates In Coaches Vs. Cancer

Baltimore, Md. - Greyhounds men's basketball head coach Jimmy Patsos participated in the annual Coach vs. Cancer golf outing earlier in the month. The event took place at famed Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y. Oak Hill has been the host course for three United States Opens, two PGA Championships and the 1995 Ryder Cup. The PGA Championship returns to the course in 2013.

Patsos was just one of many head coaches from basketball and football that show up to support the cause. He played in a group that included Mark Butler, Michael Pizzo and Brock Sanders.

The Greyhounds will open their seventh season with Patsos at the helm on November 12 when they host Drexel University in Reitz Arena.
