Loyola has won two of its last four season finales, but has not defeated Iona in its last 13 tries. The Gaels enter Sunday's game with an overall record of 9-17, having won their last two contests. The Greyhounds hope to end a seven-game skid as senior Lindbergh Chatman plays his final game at Reitz Arena.
Charlie Bell enters the final game of the regular season as Loyola's leading scorer with a 15 point-per-game average. Freshman Shane James is second in scoring (8.8 ppg) and leads the team in assists with 77. Either Bell or James has led Loyola in points in each game since the season-opener versus UMBC.
Sunday's game will follow the Loyola women's game versus Fairfield. Tip is scheduled for approximately 4 p.m.
