BALTIMORE - Loyola University Maryland sophomore guard Dylon Cormier was featured Thursday by The Baltimore Sun's Matt Bracken as part of an ongoing series called "Sweet 16." The pieces look at the top 16 NCAA Division I men's basketball players from Baltimore area high schools.
Cormier started 27 games in the Greyhounds' backcourt last season and averaged nearly nine points per game. The product of Cardinal Gibbons High School is joined on the 2011-2012 Loyola team by two other Baltimore products -- R.J. Williams and Jordan Latham -- and Head Coach Jimmy Patsos talks about Cormier's impact on recruiting in Bracken's story.
