Brice Sets Two St. Lucian Records At World Championships

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - Loyola University Maryland freshman swimmer Julien Brice set two national age-group records for his native St. Lucia last week as he competed at the 2010 FINA World Short Course Championships.

Brice, who was one of the youngest competitors at the meet, swam 53.52 in the 100-meter freestyle and 1:04.61 in the 100-meter individual medley to set St. Lucian records for his age group.

He also clocked times of 1:02.20 in the 100-meter butterfly, 24.55 in the 50-meter freestyle and 27.32 in the 50-meter butterfly.
