The Physical Performance Profile has been developed to compare the athlete's strength and conditioning levels to collegiate and professional athletes around the nation. The athlete's results will be given a value between 5 and 1.
The values are defined as five being a superior collegiate effort and two being below the collegiate average. Completion of any task guarantees at least a score of one. After all tests are completed and all scores are tabulated, a grade will be assigned as described in the following chart. Based on this grade, athletes can be evaluated and strengths and weaknesses can be identified on an individual basis.
