Covering The Greyhounds
All members of the media attending games at Greyhounds athletic facilities must be credentialed. Those credentials must be displayed at all times so as not to hinder movement throughout the facilties. Requests for credentials to games should be made via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to contests; requests should be sent to the sport contact listed on the Office of Athletic Communications page. Single-game credentials can be picked up at the Loyola University Maryland Ticket Office (located on the first floor of the Andrew White Student Center adjacent to Reitz Arena for basketball games or outside the main entrance to Ridley Athletic Complex for lacrosse and soccer games). The media will-call window opens 120 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the contest. Credentials are granted to legitimate news-gathering on a first-come, first-served basis. Loyola University Maryalnd Athletics reserves the right to revoke credentials at any time for improper usage.

Space can be reserved for visiting radio stations. Visiting stations must make their broadcast plans known to the Loyola Athletic Communications Office at least 72 hours prior to the game. Please direct requests to the sport contact listed on the Office of Athletic Communications page. Loyola offers POTS, VoIP, or Wireless methods of connection.
Game Day Parking
Members of the media and visiting school officials seeking to receive parking should make that request known at the time of the credential request. Media receiving season credentials are reminded to let the Athletic Communications Department know when they are covering a game so as to secure parking for that game. Parking is limited so a request must be made for each individual game.
Post-Game Interview Policy
Each sport has its own post-game interview policy. Please contact the specific sport contact for details. Postgame interviews are to relate to that competition. Interviews for feature stories, or other news items, should be set up at separate times
Non-Game Day Interviews
All requests for interviews during the week with student-athletes or members of coaching staffs should be directed to the Athletic Communications Office. Generally, interviews will take place before or after practice. Please submit a request for an interview 48 hours prior to the desired time.
