Media Credentials
All members of the media attending games at Greyhounds athletic facilities must be credentialed. Those credentials must be displayed at all times so as not to hinder movement throughout the facilties. Requests for credentials for the 2009-2010 athletic season should be made in writing on official company letterhead and received at least five days prior to the game in question. These requests should include print and electronic photography as well. Requests should be sent to the sport contact listed above. Single-game credentials can be picked up at the Loyola University Maryland Ticket Office located on the first floor of the Andrew White Student Center adjacent to Reitz Arena. The media will-call window opens 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the contest.
Radio Policy
Space can be reserved for visiting radio stations. Visiting stations must make their broadcast plans known to the Loyola Athletic Communications Office at least one week prior to the game. Please direct requests to the sport contact listed above. Loyola offers, POTS, VoIP, ISDN or Wireless methods of connection. Technical questions will be handled by Joe Bradley, Loyola's Director of Event Services (410-617-2865).
Game Day Parking
Members of the media and visiting school officials seeking to receive parking should make that request known at the time of the credential request. Media receiving season credentials are reminded to let the Athletic Communications Department know when they are covering a game so as to secure parking for that game. Parking is limited so a request must be made for each individual game.
Media Services
Complete statistics and running play-by-play will be provided to accredited members of the media approximately 20 minutes following the contest. A limited number of wireless statistical monitors also will be available during the game. For those attending basketball contests, Reitz Arena & Ridley Athletic Complex are wireless facilities. Please contact the Athletic Communications Staff for information on gaining access.
Post-Game Interview Policy
Each sport coordinates its own post-game interview policy. Please contact the specific sport contact for details.
Non-Game Day Interviews
Al requests for interviews during the week with student-athletes or members of coaching staffs should be directed to the Athletic Communications Office. Generally, interviews will take place prior to practice.
